Healing Your Heart Within Retreat is a very powerful retreat to reconnect you with your greatness and power that has been hidden within you.

The retreat’s start on a Friday afternoon wherein we will get you registered for participation. During the retreat, Mary will guide us into states of higher levels of consciousness through the use of meditation and group healing sessions.

This is a retreat designed for anyone, including those who have very little training and experience in meditation and energy work.

Facilitator, Mary Bannon

Since 2005, Mary has been assisting thousands of people with re-establishing proper energy flow and removing blockages within the body with the use of several different healing modalities, including her own, 2Points 2Freedom, a quantum physics modality that specializes in neutralizing the field of energy. She has also studied with The Monroe Institute in Virginia relating to meditation and moving people deeper into higher states of consciousness. You will be leaving this retreat refreshed and feeling your power within.
